Your data

To delete your account, use Settings → Delete account in the app or on the web. It explains what is removed, checks your password and finishes straight away. Groups you own are handed to another member rather than deleted, unless you were the only person in them.

If you cannot sign in, or you want a copy of your data, a correction, or us to stop using your data in a particular way, email us from the address on your account so we can verify it is you. We aim to reply within one month.

Starting points can be removed straight away from a fixture page or from Settings. Group owners can delete a whole group from its page. Notification preferences are in Settings too.

What we hold and why is set out in the Privacy Policy. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
